Medicine

The Medicine business unit was established in 2022 with the primary objective of enhancing the marketing efforts for products within the Molecular Biology and Blood Banking business lines.

Medicine range of products includes sweat testing systems, automated urine instruments, infusion pumps, citology and a wide variety of products for sample collection.

Currently Galenica is working with Sarstedt and Wescor for developing this segment. Sarstedt (Germany) is one of the leading worldwide providers of equipment and consumables for medicine and science. Sarstedt product portfolio for pre-analytical processes is one of the most extensive on the market. It includes products for sample collection and for the transport and storage of diagnostic samples. On the laboratory front our business partner offers tailor-made product solutions for the most varied areas of use, including molecular biology, biochemistry and cell biology. The product quality is adapted to the application, enabling the highest possible levels of reproducibility in analytics.

Wescor is a company member of Elitech Group (France) whose expertise is in specialized clinical laboratory equipment such as sweat testing systems and membrane osmometers.
