Description

Bio-Rad’s Immunofluorescence assays and enzyme immunoassay kits, used to detect the autoantibodies associated with rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and other systemic autoimmune diseases.

The tests and kits include:
•IFA HEp-2 test kits to detect antinuclear antibodies through indirect immunofluorescence

•Kallestad® IFA anti-DNA assays, to detect and semi-quantify autoantibodies related to native double-stranded DNA (dsDNA)

•BioPlex® 2200 ANA Multiple Assay with MDSS, to detect clinically relevant antinuclear antibodies used to diagnose systemic rheumatoid disease

•BioPlex 2200 Anti-CCP multi-flow immunoassay, for the semi-quantitative detection of IgG antibodies related to cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) in human serum and EDTA or heparinized plasma

•ANA and ENA assays, to detect antinuclear antibodies associated with systemic rheumatic diseases

•EIA assays, to qualitatively and quantitatively detect autoantibodies related to native double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) or to semi-quantitatively detect autoantibodies related to single-stranded DNA (ssDNA)

•Enzyme and multi-flow immunoassays, for the semi-quantitative detection of IgG antibodies related to cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) in human serum and EDTA or heparinized plasma
