Description

Bio-Rad’s Immunofluorescence assays, multiple flow immunoassays, and enzyme immunoassay kits, to detect autoantibodies associated with granulomatosis, polyangiitis, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis, polyarteritis, and other vasculitis autoimmune diseases

The tests and kits include:
•Kallestad® IFA assays, to detect and semi-quantify autoantibodies related to cytoplasmic antigens (c-ANCA) and perinuclear neutrophil antigens (p-ANCA)

•BioPlex 2200, for the fully automated detection of clinically relevant antibodies (anti-MPO, anti-PR3 and anti-GBM) associated with systemic small vessel vasculitis

•EIA tests, to qualitatively and semi-quantitatively detect autoantibodies related to MPO (myeloperoxidase), PR3 (proteinase 3) and GBM (glomerular basement membrane) in human serum

•IFA and EIA autoimmune tests, for the anti-glomerular basement membrane (GBM), intended to aid in diagnosing anti-GBM-mediated diseases, including Goodpasture’s disease
